Deflash
Brittle flash can be cleanly removed from intricate components with or without altering adjacent surfaces. This can be done by precise selective impact treatment, or at the same time as an overall cosmetic finish is produced.
Guyson's advanced media reclamation systems eliminate clogging and dust problems associated with inadequate deflashing equipment.

Deburr
Blast treatment can speedily remove lightly attached burrs from complex parts and many less accessible areas by precision impact to eliminate labor-intensive hand deburring.
Non-abrasive deburring media leave even fragile materials untouched. Alternatively, Guyson can combine efficient deburring with controlled surface modification, if required.

Descale
Quickly remove heat-treat scale, surface discoloration, oxides, rust, weld scale or corrosion that ruins good looks and interferes with painting, plating, coating, drawing and other processes. We can often help you prepare those surfaces for subsequent operations or produce an improved appearance in addition to fast descaling.
A Guyson blast descaling system may represent a viable alternative to chemical descaling methods such as caustic or acid processing.
